Varun Jain is a practicing lawyer, enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and also a member of Delhi High Court Bar Association, Saket Bar Association & CAT Bar Association. He is commerce graduate and also holds Advance Post Graduate Diploma in Tax Law from Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and an ‘O’ Level Diploma (Business Professional Programmer) from DOEACC.

He has an affluent experience of 10 years in the Legal Field and have represented several Multinational Corporations, Private Sector Companies, Universities, Institutions and Individuals in litigation in various Courts/ Tribunals, including Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, Districts Courts in Delhi & NCR, Revenue Courts, Central Administrative Tribunal, Company Law Board, NCLT, BIFR, AAIFR, DRT, DRAT, DERC, Consumer Courts (at all levels), etc.

He is the 2nd generation in his lawyers’ family and has dealt with various issues pertaining to corporate & commercial laws, consumer laws, real estate, revenue and property laws, employment and labour laws, arbitration, infrastructure projects, joint ventures, intellectual property rights, personal laws, etc.
