Dr. Singh is BE (civil), MTech, MIE, CE FIV, PhD, with 40 + years of experience in design & construction management and has served as Technical Advisor, at U.P. RERA for two years post retirement as General Manager from U.P. Police Housing Lucknow after serving for 38 years.

Dr. Singh provides expert technical guidance in selecting the best of real estate projects both from technical and regulations points after deep technical research. He looks after day-to-day business operations and being a subject expert, guides internal staff and also interacts with developers and their construction team.
